Following the outbreak of the fire at Ryan’s in Ratoath earlier in the week. Meath Fire Service attended at the scene. Meath County Council issued the following statement to Meath Live;

Crews from Ashbourne and Dunshaughlin Stations attended the scene of a fire at a premises in Ratoath on Tuesday, 16 September, at approximately 7:30pm. Despite a flat roof area at the rear of the building being well alight by the time the crews arrived, the fire was brought under control quickly.

A lot of the damage was done to the back of the buildings and it is still unconfirmed the exact cause of the fire. Â
